How to Download a File

1. If the fields are blank, enter your full name and email address.
2. Enter the valid File Id and Vault Token number you received via email from the person who uploaded the file.
3. Enter the password for the file. If you have not received the password, contact the sender of the file.
4. To complete the download, simply click on the Download button and wait for the process to finish. Note: The time it takes to download may vary based on file size and connection speed.
